After watching the video, nothing was clear about the election except the fact donna mantin was abusing the police and swat presence against the unit owners! This should be sent to the cam board as a training video of how not to behave,
ReplyDeleteCorrect me if i am wrong but i did not see a meeting of any kind! I did not see the election of officers, i did not see any kind of reguard for residents, i did see the board of directors with their back turned to assoication, and i most certinially do not understand tbe tally of votes, how can a
ReplyDeletecandidate not receive a vote? If they took the time to put in their intent to run, did they not vote for themselfs? The whole adminstration stinks foul, what the hell is going on? No way in this world can ththey expect us to even consider 1 plus 1 equals 0

police even backed down and had her number, the
attorney for the association ran for his life( bravo) Im sure he will not valadate the election, all i know is they are going to any length to keep themselfs in power, and they have done nothing for the
community, the budget shows their over spending
, The non meeting between the hotel and police cost us thousands to be done wrong, and unfairly, even to see the manager hand pick the counters after the gallery protested, she stops at nothing, WOW WOW The end of the line is for them is near!
In part 8, of course no business can be conducted, nothing has changed, but notice how the manager said sandra adjurned the meeting, sandra crying said she did not, watch tbe whole circus, why fid sandra approach the ballot counters? A whole conversation with them? Not right! The ballot counter telling the results to the board before they were announced, tbe man from first service couldent even understand how a name was elected and the manager shutting him down, what a circus, if only 57 people were physically at the meeting, and some candates tbe ones placed on the board received 40 votes per association, where do those votes come from?beware of what u saw, behind the scenes were all the ballots counted, add up the tallys people, the fix was in before the ballots were even turned in, they are so brave they did not even bother to make the numbers match, someone is walking around with a cramped hand from filling out all the ballots on their own! Another point how did they get a quorum to change the bilaws and rules and regulations???????? When more than half the association never received materials or voted? All i have to say is prove it! As the man from first service says they are responsible for records, why wont they produce them

1 how and when were they hired?
2 who else was considered?
3 was there a meeting off the board to discuss this action?
4.there was no organizational meeting on the 27, how can the board conduct business
5 there have been no posted agendas how can business be conducted
6 WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?

PAYMENT RECEIVED BY THE 10? MEANING WHAT? IF U BRING IT TO THE BANK ON THE 10TH OR THE LOCKBOX GETS IT ON THE 9TH BUT DID NOT POST IT WILL IT BE CONSIDERED LATE? JUST ANOTHER FOUL TACTIC TO PUT THEIR HANDS IN OUR POCKETS!!!!!!!

every condo accepts maintenance checks in the office,seems jade winds just finds way to not work,, i would like to see that in writing from fuoco group

How do I make my own post on here? I am sorry I am not great with technology. But I had property damages by jade winds association exit gate which they refuse to pay for and gave me a run around so I wanted to see if anyone else had the same experience at the exit gate.

DeleteI did but courts will not accept the story. To them its "Hersay" I need to have actual pepole that it happened to.
