While employed by First Service Residential, Property Manager Donna Mantin, CAM 34445 and her security guard Jan Capote, (her minion and former MCORPS Security employee) denied unit owners access to attend committee meetings in violation of Florida Statute 718, The Condominium Act.

I look foward to the we all come across them in the area, where they can no longer use their powers of powers against us and falce accuse, and fine our units for their personail gain, perfect secenario were all at the court house holding signs of farwell you got your due, unfortunite for us justice is not quick, but i take comfort in knowing everyday gets closer to unit owners at jadewinds justice day and they will always be laying in wait to pay their tax!!
